Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Morviva.

All eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days after customer delivery. Returned goods must be unused, unwashed, scratch-free and kept with original complete packaging. Customized, personalized and clearance final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return Process
1. Send return application with order number via giftedherbolsheimer34@outlook.com
2. Wait for official return authorization and shipping guidelines
3. Return goods with trackable logistics order

Refund Rules
We will issue refunds to original payment channels within 5-7 business days after goods inspection. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Customers bear return shipping fees voluntarily. We cover all return shipping fees only for damaged, defective or wrong delivered goods caused by store errors.

Damaged Goods Handling
Please provide defect photos and order numbers within 48 hours after receiving parcels. We provide free replacement or full refund.
